I have been waiting to watch this since day 1, I pre-ordered it and got an email saying that it's available but the only available video is the trailer. Is it because I'm not in North America? I'm trying to watch it from Greece, hope that's the issue and with a VPN I might be able to watch it :)

Hi Ari! So the film is currently unavailable in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. If you are in Greece you should be able to purchase it, so I'm not sure why it's saying you cannot. Can you please email us at [email protected] with the message it's sending you? Thanks for your support!

Hi, I pre-ordered Eternal Spring, got an email announcing it's arrival, and there's only a trailer. How do I get the documentary, or my money back?
